Copyright Agreement
When being photographed by Isaf-Merkur you acknowledge that all rights to exclusive ownership and use of your images and reproductions therefrom, are reserved by Isaf-Merkur Studio, LLC whether for display, publication, competition prints, advertising or otherwise, and without further compensation or consideration.
You also agree not to reproduce these images by scanning, photographing, copying or by any other means without written permission from Isaf-Merkur Studio. Unauthorized copying will be subject to a $1,000 usage fee per pose and all applicable Federal Copyright Penalties.
If you do not wish to have your images used for display or publication please let us know BEFORE we photograph you or your child.
